In the video, the fan attached to the container takes the air from the outside and the big block of ice then lowers the air temperature through the heat transfer phenomenon. the warm air circulates around the ice in a closed container and then due to pressure gradient moves out of it. The pump attached on the other side of the container/conditioner pumps out the cold air. A regular window air conditioner works in the same manner. When the temperature in the outside surrounding rises, AC senses it and it turns on the blower which lets the or pulls the air in. This air then moves around the cold coils and its temperature decreases.
